A pilot-head factory, not a trading company

Ningbo Handsun Valve Automation Industry Co., Ltd. was founded in 1992 and is based in Fenghua, Ningbo — the pneumatic components belt of Zhejiang. Machining and assembly are done in our own workshops, so the drawing you send reaches the machine that cuts it.

Refrigeration Solenoid Valves

H10, HDF and HVR — direct-acting and diaphragm valves

Three series cover 1/4″–3/4″ threaded ports and Φ6–Φ22 solder connections, in direct-acting and diaphragm versions. Maximum working pressure is 3.5 MPa for the direct-acting models and 3.2 MPa for the diaphragm models, for use with R22, R134a, R404A · R507 and R407C. Nominal cooling capacity tables are available on request.

Customisation

From your drawing to a production run

Most of what we ship does not exist in a catalogue yet. The route is short and predictable.

1 · Send the drawing or sample

PDF, DWG, STEP or simply photos with dimensions — plus the valve it fits, voltage, port, seal material and target quantity.

2 · Quotation and sample

We quote with the tooling cost included, then machine a sample for your approval. Sampling takes about one month.

3 · Production and shipping

Production runs about one month after sample approval, with export packing and documents prepared for your forwarder or ours.
